International cycling union chief Pat McQuaid says nobody involved with a U.S. investigation into cheating in professional cycling has contacted his federation.
Investigators have contacted sponsors and reportedly former teammates of seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong. The probe gained attention after disgraced rider Floyd Landis, who was stripped of his 2006 Tour victory, admitted doping and implicated Armstrong and other riders.

But McQuaid said in an interview with The Associated Press on Tuesday that neither U.S. federal authorities nor Interpol have asked for anything from the UCI.
"I don't see we have involvement with the feds or anything like that because that is a different investigation," he said. "That is not an anti-doping investigation as such.
